The Gryphon, or Griffin, was a mythical insect by way of the head, wings and talons of an eagle and the lion's share and tail of a lion. The Gryphon was a guardian, and symbolised the seasons, as fine as (like the dragon) the connection linking the sun, sky and earth, connecting cosmic military and extrasensory energy.
